Refund policy

Size Exchange

  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
  • All requests are verified before processing.

Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations.
  • If reverse pickup is not available:
    • You may self-ship the item.
    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.
    • The ₹100 return handling fee per order still applies

Other Details

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.
  • A ₹100 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at the time of delivery of the exchange order.
  • If your size is unavailable:
    • Prepaid Orders → Refund to the original payment method (shipping & COD charges not refunded) OR store credit of product value (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).
    • COD Orders → Gift card of product value only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate a return.
  • All return requests are verified before approval.

  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations. A flat ₹100 return handling fee per order applies (covers pickup, inspection & processing).
  • If reverse pickup is not available:
    • You may self-ship the item.
    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.
    • The ₹100 return handling fee per order still applies.

Partial Returns

  • Allowed for multi-item orders.
  • The return handling fee is applied once per order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • COD orders: Refund as gift card only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • Gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Damaged/Wrong products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference after verification.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
